Please check the details on the Travel Group page.

Yorkshire -banner

We are delighted to invite any member of Stamford u3a to book a holiday in Yorkshire for 5 days from Monday 15th April 2024.  We will be based in Harrogate, a lovely town in its own right, and have a number of excursions planned. Please look at the flyer on our Group Page for full details, but there is something for the railway or canal enthusiast, together with paintings by David Hockney at Saltaire and feminist history with Gentleman Jack amongst other highlights.

To be fair to all, I will not accept bookings until Monday, 4th December at 9.30am, either at our Monthly Meeting or by phone on my mobile (07887 780987) as the number of places is limited -

I have just 15 single rooms to offer on a first-come, first-paid basis, as I need a deposit of £100 from everyone to secure your place (cheque, BACS payment or Card Reader).  I ask everyone to book as soon as possible - I do need a minimum of 35 to make it viable.

You are welcome to ask any questions between now and then, (by email if you wish - lander968@gmail.com).  I believe this holiday is good value for what's on offer, including gratuities, and am looking forward to it already myself!
