‘A further part of the Canal extending from the said Foot Bridge in West Deeping to the west end of Lot 18, including the Lock Pen and Gates, in length 1415 yards or thereabouts, bounded on the north by lands of Mr. Hetley, Mr. Seth Smith and the Crown and on the south by the lands of Mr. Hetley.
