‘A further part of the Canal as staked out, in length 245 yards or thereabouts, commencing at the east end of the last lot, including the Lock Pen and Gates, bounded on the north by the Deeping and Morcott Turnpike Road, on the south and part of the west by lands of the said Earl of Lindsey.
